Smoothie are mainly consumed as a supplement to the daily menu or to replace a single breakfast or lunch meal. They help naturally to supply substances, especially help and support the body in its detox process.
Smoothies are dense and most often cold drinks, best way to mix it's in a blender. Put your fruits, or sometimes veggies or every time mix them together :)
Benefits are based on the ingredients and here is a long list of things you can diversify your smoothies: fruit juice, water, crushed ice, herbs, nutritional supplements, tea, yoghurt. milk, sweeteners (eg honey, stevia, syrup), black chocolate or ice cream. Do not take too much of the fruity- or ice cream smoothies. It is best to vary or mix them in the ways we'll show you.
